About Attorney David S. Dolgin
Mr. Dolgin began his legal career clerking with the Felony Trial Division of the Office of the Public Defender, Northwest Baltimore where he worked on some of the most serious felony cases. He also clerked with the State's Attorney for Baltimore City in the Domestic Violence Unit.
Subsequently Mr. Dolgin was the sole attorney with Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation where he helped people on state assistance services remove barriers to employment by guiding them through the expungement process. He also helped clients of the program with a variety of legal problems, including family law, landlord/tenant, and domestic violence issues, so that they could get back to doing what was important. Mr. Dolgin was also responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, memoranda of understanding, and other agreements and interactions with government agencies and private companies for AAWDC. Mr. Dolgin also represented AAWDC at DLLR unemployment hearings, drafted responses to legal correspondence, and and formulated and advised upper management on corporate legal strategy.
Now in private practice, Mr. Dolgin represents clients throughout Maryland. He is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association. He will use his skills, creativity, and experience to create solutions to your legal problems.
He is also fluent in Russian.
Mr. Dolgin received his B.A. from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland as well as the United States District Court in Maryland.
